Services are provided based upon the executive's needs. Examples of activities include collecting performance and development feedback, program strategy and communications routines. Acts as a sounding board for presentations to boards of directors. Provides feedback on budgetary requests and financial acumen. Some CISOs use this service as staff augmentation to complete cybersecurity program goals.

Services are billed at an hourly rate, not including travel expenses. A minimum of 100 hours is required within the Statement of Work. Additional hours may be purchased via a change request. Services are billed monthly.
